Tracy's Bio - I am a native Oregonian and have strong passion for my community and Oregon as a whole. I have lived in the Central Oregon area since 1983 and believe it has to be the best place to live, raise a family and retire. I spent years as a 4-H leader and 20 years as a 4-H horse judge. I have been a full time professional Realtor since 2006 and a Principal Broker since 2010. I specialize in residential, rural, and commercial properties. I have extensive knowledge of the area and years of experience is an asset for my customers and clients. I am dedicated to go the extra mile to meet any of your real estate needs. Steve's Bio - I'm a Bend, Oregon native, with a long family history in Central Oregon. Relatives who homesteaded in the Crook County area and family ties to this fantastic area of Oregon. After 37 years working for the State of Oregon as a wildlife biologist I retired and was talked into helping my wife of 33 years working in real estate. I have an extensive background working in natural resources and land use planning with state and local governments. I have helped guide 3 fantastic daughters to adulthood working with 4-H and FFA activities for over 20 years. I have lived a lifestyle of enjoying the outdoor environment that this great state has given us. Hunting, fishing, photography, hiking, boating, just to name a few of my likes. Living on small acreage with livestock has aided in knowledge of what type of properties work for a variety of individual wants. With over 40 years of experience working with landowners I feel I have a wealth of knowledge to help anyone with their real estate wants.
